Please pray for our pastor, Dr. Steve Gaines and the trouble that has been brewing at our church. For those of you who know a little, please know that the voices of those who oppose Dr. Gaines as our pastor are loud but few. Those voices of those that support Dr. Gaines are louder and many. Dr. Gaines is a godly man. Pray that truth will prevail and that the few will take Dr. Adrian Rogers off the pedestal they have placed him on and realize that we are all human.

This situation is so sad. I was talking with some friends the other day and we were discussing how we, as Christians, are the most judgemental people when we know that it is not our place but His to make final judgement. I'll be praying for your church. I love coming to Memphis to hear Dr. Gaines.
